Managed & Consignment Inventory
Consignment Stocking
Maple Creek can stock agreed products at the customer’s facility so the items are available when needed. Usage is reported at the end of each month, consumed quantities are invoiced under the customer’s normal agreed payment terms, and inventory is replenished to an established stocking level.
MOQ & Inventory Support
For appropriate non-expiring products and equipment, Maple Creek may purchase and hold inventory to meet manufacturer minimum-order quantities. The customer can then purchase the material as needed rather than receiving the full minimum quantity at one time. Programs are established around expected usage, agreed stocking levels and the specific products involved.
Repair, Reuse & Custom Plant Work
Sewing & Converting
Maple Creek supports selected sewing and converting requirements, including elastic fabrication and repair, fabric and liner modification, roll converting, filter cutting and reuse programs designed around the plant’s application.
Tool Cleaning & Sharpening
We can coordinate cleaning, repair and sharpening for selected plant tools and equipment through appropriate service providers, helping the customer manage the requirement through one point of contact.
These projects are reviewed by application so the scope, materials and expected result are clear before work begins.
